Nice to see even Ginger's companions think she's out of line. Now, let's see how long this troll (or whatever he is) stays conscious. I'm guessing three pages maximum.

Don't worry, I'm sure when he notices they don't have any babies for his stew, he'll leave them alone.

I love how much your characters really look like the animals they are, that's really neat to see in an anthropomorphic comic. I'm looking forward to reading this whole comic when I get the chance :)

You know what's ironic? Ginger's attitude and mannerisms are almost a mirror to the Enchanters she's stereotyping.

Hey Ginger; pot, kettle, black.

@GabrielsThoughts:

Uh huh...have you read this comic from the start? How many pages did it take the girls to beat that troll in the first major story arc? It took ten pages. And there was a fireball involved.

Even with 5 more combatants, it won't reduce the fight to two panels. That's hardly enough to even properly show the action. Seriously, if he was only going to be there for two panels (three, if you include this one), there'd be no point in his presense in the comic at all. Besides, the girls are not as powerful as you seem to think they are, and it takes a couple seconds between beginning to cast and getting it off. If Reece tried to throw lighting, the troll would smash her in the face before she could get it off. Ally just explained that in why they don't use teleportation in melees three pages ago.

Honestly, if you dislike the comic as much as previous comments imply, why are you still here?

That's why I said "imply". As far as I've seen, you've only had negative things to say about the storyrtelling and characters in general. Having little else but negative comments implies a dislike to me. The current story, to me, runs along the same veins as most of the other stories. Still, I will concede the point that it is apparently this particular story arc, though to me, the storytelling is little different than it has been from other story arcs.

"...one or more need only distract the Troll while the others cast a spell." And this would take 1-2 panels? Let's see...one panel to show distractors, one for troll respone (potentially combined if speech bubbles come from off panel), one to show casting, one to show hit, one of him hitting the ground. That's 4-5 panels for a fluid development, making about 2 pages. Care to share how you'd make a fluid flow of that in 1 panel?

And there are only three spellcasters, the enchanters. Kaige and Kiley can breath fire, which is the extent of their magical abilities. That's all that's been shown of the hybrids as well. Besides, they don't likely want to kill him, and fire/lightning is usually lethal.

I believe we have both expressed our opinions and made our points, and that we can shake hands and proceed on our way. Sorry for taking over the comments area of the page.
